We are delighted to welcome Emmanuel Szafran as a Partner. With more than 30 years of experience, Emmanuel will lead our newly launched Data & Tech and IP practices.

Over his career, he has built an extensive practice in technology, data and IP law, and is recognised by The Legal 500 as a leading lawyer in IT & telecoms law.

His expertise covers privacy & data protection, cybersecurity & digital trust, export controls, as well as EU digital regulation, including the AI Act, Data Act, Cyber Resilience Act and NIS2. He acts for clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on software, e-communications, semiconductors and emerging technologies.

His arrival marks another step in CEW & Partners’ continued growth and further strengthens our ability to support both national and international clients on the full range of legal issues raised by technology, data and innovation.
