Public and administrative law

We assist public authorities (whether they are federal, regional, local, cultural authorities or public companies) as well as private companies and natural persons both before the Constitutional Court, the Council of State, and the European or ordinary courts with regard to any issue related to public and administrative law.

In general, the department has developed broad expertise in legal assistance and support in the field of public projects.

We also protect and defend the interests of many regulated professions or professional associations.
