Employment law

Our employment law department covers all aspects related to employment law and personnel management: individual and collective labour law, national and international social security, social benefits, social criminal law, civil service law.

 

We provide assistance, preventively or in case of dispute, to any private or public-sector employer or employee :

  • Personnel management
  • HR Audit and drafting all the related documents (self-employed or employment contracts, amendments, work rules and policies (car, internet, emails, ...)
  • Pay, benefits and optimisation
