Our Association provides legal advice to healthcare professionals and facilities, patients and government bodies.

In this respect, we have a thorough knowledge of the laws and regulations specific to the healthcare sector. We assist our clients in compliance with these regulations, but also in the context of legal proceedings and we defend their interests in this constantly evolving and complex environment.

Our Association handles administrative law and public procurement issues for healthcare institutions as well as the impact of legislation and regulation on medical and hospital activities.

Besides, we have developed expertise in working conditions and regulations specific to hospitals and healthcare professionals (nurses, auxiliary nurses, doctors, …), whatever their professional status (self-employed, employee or permanent).

We assist healthcare professionals with any question relating to their remuneration or in case of discrimination, whatever the reason.

Among other things, our Association helped set up a NPO to represent nurses and defend their interests by providing an appropriate legal framework.
